(1) If the commission makes any recommendation during the accident investigation or through the final report to strengthen the flight safety, it shall be the duty of the concerned body to implement such recommendation.
(2) If an aircraft registered in Nepal crashes outside of Nepal and the accident investigation commission established in that country makes any flight safety recommendations to strengthen Nepal's flight safety, the concerned body shall implement such recommendations as soon as possible and inform the concerned state.
(3) If there is a situation where it is not possible to implement the recommendation as per sub-rule (1) or (2), the relevant body shall inform the Ministry of the reason for not being able to implement such recommendation.
